Power Belfer

Power - refers to the engineering for power generating systems, machines and devices. Belfer - is an old-fashioned Polish word meaning: a teacher. This webpage is the English snapshot of the www.powerbelfer.pl site and presents the fields of research and studies at the Faculty of Energy and Environmental Engineering of the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice, Poland. The Polish version is mostly oriented towards the students at the final year of high schools.

SUSHy Project

The SUSHy project is a consortium of universities and scientific institutions from several countries: Norway, Japan, Turkey, Spain and Poland. The research concerns hydrogen refueling stations and risks associated with their operation. The international team analyses uncertainties that may impact social, economic and environmental sustainability of clean hydrogen production and storage.
